This is Eric, a middle aged Down's Syndrome man who lives for the most part at the edge of public consciousness. A self described "movie star," who loves karate, holds down a regular job as a dishwasher, and avidly follows entertainment wrestling, Eric navigates life with humor.
He also has a fear of heights.
Ride with Eric and seasoned pilot Joe Shevenelle, one time Brooks and Dunn pilot, as they embark on a hot air balloon ride on a cool Maine morning, intent on overcoming Eric's fear. This documentary is currently in production, a half hour one off designed to ride the festival circuit before making its way to Maine Public Television.
